We're hiring on the floor
Night shift, Monday to Friday — the floor runs 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. On-site in Saddar, Rawalpindi, across Deck 1 and Deck 2.
Self Closer
Close on live transfers, coordinate with team leads, and carry the campaigns that need the strongest handling.
ApplyTeam Lead
Lead a small team, mentor juniors, run calibration sessions and make sure targets are met week to week.

Plan campaigns, manage creative and media, and connect with the target audience across paid and organic channels.

Manage hiring and employee wellbeing while keeping the floor a place people want to stay.
