What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. When you apply through the careers form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the experience and position you select, any message you write, and the CV you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and discuss a possible engagement. Application details are used only to assess you for a role at Workerz LLC. We do not use either for marketing lists and we do not sell your information to anyone.
How it reaches us
Both forms send their contents directly to a Workerz LLC mailbox. Uploaded CVs are attached to that email and are not stored on this website.
Call recordings
Where we run a campaign for a client, calls may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance. Recordings are retained according to that campaign's requirements and the regulations that apply to it, and are shared only with the client whose program the call belongs to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, images and video are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your details to any third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications are kept for up to twelve months so we can contact you about a later intake, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@workerzllc.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
